validate and stick..

got this question on ma mind..in ma head...would really love to hear your views...
we will all admit that we do things we want to cos we are comfortable with them. ...well, most times..
o.k, so just how much approval or validation is needed..or how much is healthy.. maybe i should say..how much of the validation can we do without..
or i could say..how much stick do we need to get from people before you start to seriously re-consider the decision....
i also recognise that not all people's comments matter when we about to take a step or after we have done something important to us..
i hope this makes sense..somehow...please let me get your thoughts on this...i'll appreciate it....
hope you guyz are cool..i'm fine and can only get better..
peace n love

If God approves - you don't need anyone else; if God doesn't approve - it doesn't help if everyone else approves.

I think i'll agree with David, you need to be sure you have God's peace in your heart over what you want to do.
Secondly, maybe a few friends that are VERY close to you. The bible says even God would not do something without telling his friend Abraham. I run eevrything by my husband and i have a friend that i run almost anything by and if they have doubts about what i want to do, I'm wary.

Although I listen to comments/advice from friends and well wishers . . . I still submit these comments/advice to God for HIS approval. Validation from the Almighty God is the ultimate. I always pray that my actions are in line with HIS will for my life.

The first validation on anything you do should be from God.

However, the Bible says that it is good and wise to seek counsel. Now it is discernment from the Holy Spirit that will lead and teach which advice to take into consideration.

We must remember that as we strive to do everything according to God's will, He will send us helpers, and they will sometimes come in the form of advice. However, the devil to will send his helpers, and they too might come in the form of advice.

To validate anything that you need to do, first seek God's approval and then ask for any further help.
When people come and comment on it, even that advice needs to be verified. The spirit of discernment will enable us to do this.

How are you luv. Hope you got your prize oh...

Much Love

God first, like everyone has stated.Sometimes its not all clear cut so you'll need some tested friends and family to bounce stuff off.

Been awhile.

Sometimes you want to bounce off ur opinion on other people to get different opinions.
God won't come down to talk to u.

Aside from God obviously, I dont need validation from anyone. Yes, I take advice and listen to suggestions, but in the end the decision always lies with me..

be careful of people who are always praising you

in most cases they are doing it to get something from you in some way

People's opinions concerning things we do matter but then, trying to please everybody is usually the fastest way to die. The best validator of anything we do remains the Most High God. Afterall, if God says Yes, who can say No? lol. . . Sometimes, God and yourself are the best validators of what you choose to do.
